Neil Brown,

Principal & Creative Director

Neil has been helping companies with their marketing and design for the last 18 years. He is an Inbound Marketing Certified Professional who stays current on the latest in online marketing.

Neil is on the advisory board for the graphic design program at Surry Community College, as well as a former adjunct instructor.

In his spare time, he enjoys reading, DIY projects and spending time with his wife and two girls.

Haddie Vawter,

Inbound Marketing Assistant 

Haddie is an inbound marketing assistant for Brown Creative Group, dipping into everything from web design, to blog writing, to social media and beyond. She's an avid learner and is always looking to gain new skills and improve on the old. 

Although based in Iowa, she loves to travel, hike, and go “off-grid” every once in a while, but you can usually find her tucked into the corner of a coffee shop working away. Highly creative and adaptable, she's a great addition to the team at Brown Creative Group.
